I took my wife to us and also trained her in software and gave her job in my same company . But her realtionships went bad with me .After gaetting green card , we came back to India in 2003 .After coming back she stsrted demanding all the prperty in my name as well my parents name to be chnaged to her name . I have two daughters . My daughter were being totally brought up only by servant maids . My servant maids have observed and ready to give witness of all the attocities noticed . On july 5 I wrote a letter to commsioner of Polce that she is threatening with false accusaction cases and balckmailing that she would commit suicide . The ACP had convened a meeting . But that night she as well her parents bet me up and assulated me badly subsequently I filed an FIR . I was battered and thrown out of the house with all my personal belongings and was in streets for two weeks . In teh maenwhile she also took away my cash from the joint accounts in the Bank . So I approached layer who sent a legal notice to her and also asked her to vacate the house since th e house was my own . She also locked the house with 7 new keys and when i informed that inspector , he called on her who siad that I should not get inside my own house . Now she has put a false accusation case of Domestic violence with points saying I am womeninser , drunked , forced her beaten her and many more . She has taken a certificate from one of teh servat maids that I have hit her . But I have the affidavit of a servant who has been in the house of a very long time and has highlighted the torures she has committed on me . A crime is a crime and rape is definitely a horrible crime.  My position is that guilty should be punished and no innocent should be live under the threat of a false case.  Any person who misuses the law to his/her own benefit should be punished as stringently as a person who is guilty of a crime.
